Can you introduce the shipment of TE-LIFT?
Shipping charges for all TE-LIFT orders are calculated based on the shipping method of the order, the weight or volume of the items in the order, and the destination. We normally do FOB/CIF/DDU terms and we can also send the goods via express or AIR according to customer's requirement. All wooden packages are fumigated and we can provide the official certification if you need.
FOB TERM: If you have your preferred shipping company to pick up your order, just let us know when you place your order. You will need to pay the ocean freight for your order. TE-LIFT will be responsible for sending the goods to the port of departure.
CIF TERM: TE-LIFT will arrange the shipment to the destination port. You will not need to pay the ocean freight. You need to pick up the goods from the destination port.
DDU TERM: TE-LIFT will arrange the shipment to your warehouse, you don't need to pay any transport cost, except the customs duty.
What about the delivery time?
Most of items can be dispatched within 30days, some items might need a bit longer time to manufacture sometimes, we will inform your in advance.
How about the payment?
TE-LIFT accept T/T or L/C at sight.
We need the 30%T/T deposit or 100% T/T prepaid when we start to do business. After serval orders, we can offer you better payment, such as 100% T/T before shipment or 100% on fax of B/L. We also accept L/C as sight.
Which kind of currency do TE-LIFT accept?
TE-LIFT only accept USD and RMB. And we can price you USD or RMB.
How about the warranty of TE-LIFT?
TE-LIFT provide one year warranty period, from you receive the products.
We provide the on-line technical support, you provide the description, photos and videos of the problem, our factory engineers will offer the solution, we will feed back to you immediately.
If any spare parts need to be replaced, when the product is under warranty, we provide you the spare part as FOC. The spare part will send by air express on our cost, if it is not heavy.
If there is a repair cost, when the product is under warranty, we will negotiate with your company to take the part of the repair cost.
